Please post a catnip salad recipe to go with your catnip info hub?

I don't know a thing about catnip but luckily I know a thing or two about googling for people :) Don't get me wrong, I adore cats but I'm a tad allergic to them :(

I also highly recommend entertaining the idea of putting your cat on a raw food diet ie feeding him/her real meat instead of manufactured catfood. I have a blog about this diet as it pertains to people, but I've noticed that amazon.com has several books that talk about the health benefits of pets being on raw food diets too (just type in "raw food for pets" or "superfoods for pets" in theiir search bar). The idea of this diet is that if you give a creature foods that they would have eaten naturally in the wild, their bodies will produce all the medicines they need to help keep healthy. It's because they're given all sorts of manufactured ingredients that they can produce symptoms of illness and disease. If you can put your cat on a raw diet (even if gradually), you may save hundreds of dollars in vet bills and you may extend her life for a very long time.
